Expanding packing line

Existing line expanded with an extra baler suited for pressing and packing dust, from shredded mdf and other wood residues. This doubles capacity. The plan was as planned 5 years ago that one could add a baler without having to completely rebuild the line. Robot was already suitable for stacking bales from the extra baler. The stretch hooder was already suitable for processing this extra capacity. And when the product was supplied, the addition of an extra auger made it possible to achieve this quickly and easily.

This is a good example of a customer who has invested in a production line in the past, taking into account the fact that the capacity would have to be increased in about 5 years. This has now been achieved quickly, easily, and at a relatively low cost.
