Hooder L stretch hood machine integrated into existing robot palletizing line.

The stretch hood machine is equipped with 2 pieces of film roll. This allows the Hooder L to pull a protective stretch cover over different pallet sizes.

This specific packaging line packs wood pellets, wood shavings and sawdust into bales and stacks the bales on pallets. As soon as the pallets are provided with a UV-resistant cover by the Hooder L, they can be safely stored outside and are well protected against wind and weather. The stretch cover also makes it possible to transport the load on an open trailer. This way you can load just a little more on the truck, compared to a closed trailer.
