Hooder L: stretch hood over a stack of bales on pallet

Delivered in Belgium: Willems Stretch hooder, model L.

Designed to pull a stretch hood over a stack of bales on pallet. For dimensions 1600 x 1200 mm, with a height of 3000 mm. The hooder can handle multiple pallet sizes. it has a variable X and Y movement on the stretch hood arms.

During this project the robot is also renewed. The previous stretch hooder  had to be removed and replaced by the new equipment. The installing of new stretch hooder and robot was done in a couple of days. So with minimal downtime in production.

With this new machine and robot, the complete line is good for the next 20 years.
