For the production of wood shavings, the customer was looking for a 2-bin planer. The wood shavings are used as stable bedding for horses or chickens, for example. Both planing buckets are equipped with an independent supply chain conveyor. After planing, the curls are sieved with a star sieve. Including a fully automatic sharpening machine to sharpen the knives without removing them from the planing roller. Fully automatic, so no human effort is required during this sharpening process. And secondly, perfect sharpening results, because the knives remain in the planing roller during the sharpening process.

Good for a production of 12 T / hour.
