Small packaging machine for various products

Small packaging machine for compressing and packaging various products. For example, Cotton, Coconut, Paper and Hemp are packed in bales of 1 to 10 kg. These products are all compressed and packed in different bale sizes. Both the length and the height of the bale is adjustable.

This machine is able to produce up to 8 different bale sizes. The bales are intended as bedding for the pet market. By making a handle in the bale, it is also very easy to carry.

the input bunker ensures that this line is separate from other lines and is therefore not dependent on them. For example, product can be fed in the infeed bunker and the baler packages a certain amount of bales from the product. When the bunker is empty is it very easy and fast to switch another new product and bale size.
