Complete packaging line for wood shavings

shipped to the customer. It concerns a turn key complete processing and packaging line for wood shavings, including an extra buffer installation for pallets.

A drum screen is integrated in order to remove the fines from the bigger wood shavings, which is desired for certain types of animal bedding. The clean shavings are baled and packed into proper logistically correct bales. A robot stacking system stacks the bales automatically on pallets. The stretch hood machine is equipped with 2 pieces of film roll, that allows the Hooder L to pull a protective stretch cover over different pallet sizes. A pallet buffer system has been placed behind the stretch hood machine. The roller conveyors are equipped with pallet detectors that check whether pallets are present.
