Full automatic big baler for peat substrates.

Willems installs a complete system for producing big bales of peat substrates:

• Packs 3 to 6 m3 of peat substrates in one bale.
• Fully automatic packing of bales in flatfoil.
• Two rolls of plastic are sealed n the machine to generate the desired foil width for the complete bale perimeter. So standard available foil can be used for the application.
• Included automatic infeed of pallets
• Included bales placed on pallet, and automatically exporting the stacked bales out of the line.
• Included Willems infeedbunker with upfeed belt conveyor system.

All turn key installed Willems machinery.
